Enjoy the Spanish vermouth hour
The vermouth hour is a uniquely Spanish tradition, and tapas and vermouth are the heart of this very social celebration. We start with a welcome vermouth toast so everyone can get to know each other, then introduce the fresh ingredients you will be cooking with.
While your teams prepare the tapas, a vermouth expert reveals the history and science behind the drink. In total you make five tapas, each perfectly paired with a different style of vermouth, and the winning teams receive prizes at the end.
