Give students a practical introduction to Spanish food culture. Our group activities combine cooking, shared responsibility and a meal, with formats adapted for school trips, universities and international study programmes.

Student Paella Activity
Students cook a variety of paellas with our chefs, plus Spanish tortilla, Catalan pa amb tomaquet and Crema Catalana. 1 hour 45 minutes. 44 EUR + 21% VAT per student. Groups of 18 to 130.
Student Tapas Activity
Students make fideua, ensaladilla rusa, Spanish tortilla, pa amb tomaquet, a cured cheese and membrillo tapa and Crema Catalana. 2 hours. 46 EUR + 21% VAT per student. Groups of 18 to 130.
Budget Student Tapas Activity
A shorter, lower-priced menu of gazpacho, Basque pinchos, patatas bravas and pa amb tomaquet with cured cheese and sausage. 1.5 hours. 35 EUR + 21% VAT per student. Groups of 18 to 35; larger groups can be split into sessions.
Market Tour Add-On
A 45-minute market visit before or after the cooking activity, with a tasting of cured ham and olives. Groups of up to 10 people. 20 EUR + 21% VAT per person. Also available on its own.

Learning through participation
Students do more than watch a demonstration. They divide tasks, prepare ingredients and see how individual work affects the shared dish. The chef explains the food in clear, accessible language and adapts to the age and goals of the group.

What ages can take part?
The suitable format depends on age, supervision and group size. Include these details in the proposal request.
How long does the activity last?
The Budget Tapas Activity takes 1.5 hours, the Paella Activity 1 hour 45 minutes and the Tapas Activity 2 hours. A market tour adds 45 minutes.
Are discounted student formats available?
Yes. Student activities are priced per person from 35 EUR + VAT, with the exact price depending on the format you choose. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee, and bank transfer is the preferred option.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can plan vegetarian and other adaptations when the organiser supplies complete information in advance.
Where will the activity take place?
Many student activities take place at Poble Espanyol. We will confirm the location after reviewing the date and group size.
