Mixology cocktail class

Become a professional bartender for a day. A senior mixologist teaches the classic techniques while your group makes three cocktails, so everyone leaves able to mix a great drink at home. We can build the class around the cocktails your group likes most.

Vermouth tasting and crafting

Discover the history, science and stories behind one of the oldest drinks in Spain and one of its trendiest today. Each guest tastes six vermouths and takes a short sensory test to find their own ideal profile. Teams then formulate a recipe for the perfect vermouth, present it to the group and argue why theirs is the best. A final toast closes the session, and every guest takes home a personalised bottle.

Sangria workshop

Sample the fruits and flavours of sangria while you make your own with colleagues. Your presenter shares the story of sangria and the recipes behind its different varieties, then teams create their own using a selection of wine, fresh fruit and spirits, in a challenge that rewards every team.

A shorter 30-minute sangria workshop can also be added to a cooking activity for €10 per person, excluding VAT.

Tapas and vermouth pairing

Enjoy the Spanish tradition of the vermouth hour. The session begins with a welcome toast and an introduction to the ingredients. While teams prepare their tapas, a vermouth expert explains the history and science of the drink. In total you prepare five tapas, each paired with a different style of vermouth, and the winning teams receive prizes at the end.

Chocolate pairing

Explore the origins and history of cocoa and how chocolate is made, then enjoy a vertical tasting of chocolates with different cocoa percentages. You pair four premium chocolates with four drinks, beer, wine, vermouth and rum, to discover combinations that surprise the palate.
